Vendor Application
The Bucking K Rodeo welcomes food trucks, artisans, boutiques, Western apparel sellers, and local businesses to apply for vendor space at our two‑day rodeo event in Hickory Grove, SC. Vendor spots offer exposure to thousands of rodeo spectators, families, and Western‑lifestyle fans. Each space includes a designated setup area, full event access, and promotional visibility throughout the weekend.
This is an application, not guaranteed placement. All submissions are reviewed, and you will hear back from us only if your application is accepted. Apply early to secure your chance to be part of one of South Carolina’s fastest‑growing ranch and rodeo events.
Terms: Vendors acknowledge that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, and once approved, all vendor fees are non‑refundable. By participating, vendors agree to follow all Bucking K Ranch rules, safety guidelines, setup instructions, and staff direction throughout the event. Vendors must operate for the full duration of posted event hours and keep their booth open until 8:30 PM; any vendor who shuts down early will be charged a $50 early‑closure fee. Food vendors must meet all county health and sanitation requirements, and all vendors are responsible for their own equipment, merchandise, and supplies. Unauthorized animals, firearms, or restricted items are not permitted, and access to power or water varies by booth location. All vendors must clean their area before leaving to avoid additional cleanup charges.
